GOP strategist calls Hillary Clinton the "chief white woman"
Staff Reporter | Posted April 30, 2008 12:12 AM

Republican strategist Kellyanne Conway and Daily Voice editor Keith Boykin appeared on MSNBC Tuesday afternoon to discuss the Jeremiah Wright controversy, when suddenly Conway described Hillary Clinton as "the chief white woman in this country."
The Huffington Post provides the initial video. "She is the chief white woman in this country," said Conway.
In the full interview on YouTube, Conway also says: "If Jeremiah Wright is trying to become some kind of leader for the African American community at large, you know that space is already filled by Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton."
"I think that many black Americans would say there's enough room for more than two leaders and it's the type of leader you are and not that you are just a leader," host Tamron Hall interjected.

Political campaigns are known to occasionally produce comical moments. My take is Conway suffered a massive brain fart. Based on her language skills, I suspect Conway is a ghost writer for George Bush.

There is nothing more precious in America than the virtue and sanctity of the White woman. If a white woman is missing in Aruba, victim of a crazed husband, a runaway bride, or a nutty astronaut, the White woman is sacred and protecting her must be wall to wall on CNN, MSNC, & Fox.
It's time Blacks get in line with the Chief White woman. After all, the Clinton have been good to Blacks, just ask Maxine Waters, Maya Angelou, Charles Rangel, Shiela Jackson Lee, and all the other of the Negro Old Guard.

I don't see anything wrong with it, she and the media have made sure that Obama is known as the "black" candidate, she has made appeals to "white" America to reassure them she understands their problems as she can relate to them, so, much ado about nothing, and, she is a white woman isn't she?

Keith Boykin is the only black commentator on MSNBC who I don't wince at when he speaks. He is a true analyst, fair and makes his point quick and clear. That Pastor Joe Watkins makes me sick to my stomach.
This One ~ Send letters to MSNBC: letters@MSNBC.com (get rid of him)
Joe says things like "White people are running from Obama in droves! and they call Pastor Joe a Analyst. An nalyst is suppose to analyze the situation and give a fair assessment. Mr. Joe analyzes nothing then spits and shoves his left field comments and beliefs into our homes.
Keith must have to get a umbrella when sitting next to him. The man has no black pride what's so over which, I might add is very appropriate right now no matter what the media wants you to feel or not feel.
Barack Obama ~ he's black and I'm proud...
Keith keep up the great work I for one am very proud of you and look forward to seeing you on MSNBC.

What exactly is a "chief white woman"? Hillary Clinton is not my chief. I don't need a white woman or any other race to be my chief. I'm really tired of all this mess in the media. If one of Barack Obama's supporters had said such a terrible thing the news would have played it over and over again on every single channel. This is another proof of the unfairness in our media. It seems pretty evident to me that the Clintons have a serious problem when it comes to racial issues. I'm really surprised that MSNBC did not pick up on this issue the way I feel they should have.
