Huckabee jokes about Obama assassination

That was tacky. I Hope PHuckabee doesn't think it was funny. He probably just ruined any chance he had of being McCain's VP.

The Daily Voice & Hypocrisy. Jasmyne Cannick jokes with a Hillary Clinton Funeral (program). The Daily Voice features it and furthers this distasteful joke. Little difference Black people. Seems to me you Blacks can dish it, like to dish it, you love to dish it, but well well well, you sure can't take it very well, can you? I saw only one person spoke up and said the Hillary Clinton Funeral Program was in bad taste, the rest of you Blacks?....you loved it, cheered it, got your laugh on, yuk'ed it up! Now that the shoe is on the other foot, seems you're a bit put off with a similar joke about Obama. Classic Black Hypocrisy. Is a single one of you Blacks now capable of taking another look at the Hillary Clinton Funeral Program you published and reconsidering how it may be just as offensive to some? Any of you have character to be fair here? Or is this a "Black solidarity thing"? A refusal to now see how some might be equally offended to what you just published. I see something this categorically falls into Racism. There's an acceptance, and out right promotion of distasteful jokes about Hillary Clinton, the White woman, but now that the jokes about Obama....it's not so funny, I don't see a similar acceptance. What's up Blacks?

I don't see what was so newsworth about it. It was not funny at all. All I heard was a chair fall in the background and then a very weak joke about Obama.

Dear W&O: First of all, why would you address your comments to ALL blacks. We don't all think alike - just FYI. Not all of us endorsed the Hillary funeral program. Secondly, Jasmine Cannick is not an elected official making jokes about someone being assassinated like Huckabee. She has a limited audience here, while Huckabilly's foolish statement will be broadcast around the world. Third, I happen to think the funeral program for Hillary and Huckabee's "joke" were both in poor taste. We are all individuals and we don't think or act as a group - us blacks - as you call us. Don't blame any one but Huckabee for making himself look like an idiot.

This is amazing, and, not at all unexpected, since many of them have in private discussed it and, it shows, never trust a white man in a suit, even if he is a folksy GOP 'preacher,' since the good ole boy will always come out. The hate that thank God all of them don't have and this old school racial politics that Bush, McCain, Hucakabee and Clinton love is going away as the younger generation is over it. Oh yeah 'white and observing' HRC plays the race card quite well for votes, and, can shed tears to be the white female victim of the black guy, so, your theory is baseless, but, thanks for sharing your thoughts finding the 'joke' funny. Real white people just like real black people denounce racism, intolerance, homophobia, sexism and jokes about people getting killed.

W&O: Here's why ths ain't funny. Have you heard about the increased security detail on Obama? It's there for a reason. Somebody--White and observing--geneerally has a problem with a credible Black leader. Probably, the most prominent Black leaders in American history have suffered threats of violence against their lives, simply for being black and outspoken. With all due respect, that just doesn't apply to the likes of HRC. I'm not saying that she doesn't have her cross to bear, because she does. And, when distasteful sexist jokes get made about her, they are a threat to womanhood everywhere. But that doesn't mean that this comment by Huckabee is any lest racist, violent, and White supremacist.

You know things have not changed when a so called 'preacher' is making jokes about killing someone for a vote. Shame on you Huckabee, your God will not be pleased with this one and your lame apology is not accepted.

It's not like every black person in the country is holding meetings and making unanimous decisions to hate Hillary because she's a white woman; people don't like her because she's manipulative, cutthroat, and I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. He is a fucking ass hole for that one, but who among us is surprised. His kind never seem to surprise me.
