WTF?

OMG !!!! I'm wondering was this intended for her or was she in "right" place at the wrong time....I hopes she heals quick

Is it just me, or does she look like a cross between Star Jones and Al Sharpton? I hope she gets better soon. Hopefully, this will not become a serial crime in the city!

Oh my goodness. I pray she is all right!

Mans inhumanity to man is unrelenting...All those horror movies we watch are subliminally about us and just how murderous we can be when we are not socialized right by skillful hands.I hope things work out right for this poor lady who most certainly did not deserve such a cruel act and I hope the perpetrator is found.

Suspect arrested for assault in arrow shooting By Rocco Parascandola Newsday (MCT) MELVILLE, N.Y. — The suspect in an incident Sunday in which a woman was hit by an errant arrow was identified by a witness, but he refused to tell police anything when he was arrested, police sources said Friday. Eric Collins, 27, was jittery and nervous when detectives approached him Thursday afternoon. He agreed to go with them to the police station but then asked for a lawyer, sources said. He was subsequently charged with assault. By then, however, a witness had already identified Collins as the man who fired the arrow that struck Denise Delgado-Brown, 50, in the abdomen outside a nursing home in the Bronx on Sunday afternoon. Collins, a plumber, was not aiming for Delgado-Brown, police said, but made a foolish decision to fire the arrow through a fence as he was going through his belongings in the yard while moving into his grandfather’s home. The arrow struck Delgado-Brown, possibly after bouncing off the ground, as she was dropping off friends about 350 feet away at the Frances Schervier Nursing Care Center. Delgado-Brown, who lives in Yonkers, N.Y., and had earlier been at church with her friends, grabbed the arrow, but did not pull it out, probably preventing serious blood loss. She was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where doctors operated on her to remove the arrow, an all-carbon Black Hawk 4000 ACA, commonly used for target practice. She was released from the hospital Thursday. Collins, who has no previous arrest record, was among those interviewed Sunday, sources said. He was interviewed again after a witness identified him, sources said. Collins was moving into the home owned by his grandfather, who now lives in a hospice, sources said. Detectives Friday searched his home and removed at least five other arrows, as well as the portion of the fence through which he allegedly shot the arrow that hit Delgado-Brown.
